- We should have a private system that coexists within a public system to ensure quality of care and incentives and people can choose which system they want.
- The VA should stay in government hands. Just fund it more and reform the standards and enforce them better. Cut regulations and make new laws that would expedite the bureaucratic process providing efficient care.
